Welcome to SURGE
SURGE is the CRM we’ve set up and run for your business. It brings your leads, conversations, appointments and marketing into one place. When someone fills in your Facebook ad or website form, replies to a text, or books a call, it lands in SURGE — and a lot of the follow-up happens on its own.
This help centre explains what each part of SURGE does, how to use it day to day, and when to hand something to us instead.
