Calendar & appointments
Calendars shows every appointment booked through SURGE. When a lead books through the link in your emails and texts, the appointment appears here, their card moves to Booked Call, and confirmations and reminders go out automatically.
What we’ve set up
Section titled “What we’ve set up”Your booking calendar, your availability, the booking link in your emails and texts, and the confirmation and reminder messages.
Day to day
Section titled “Day to day”Seeing what’s coming up. Open Calendars from the left-hand menu. Switch between day, week and month, or view appointments as a list.
Adding an appointment yourself. Create it from the calendar or from the contact’s record, so it’s linked to the right person.
Moving or cancelling. Open the appointment to reschedule or cancel it. Leads can also reschedule themselves from the link in their reminder.
Mark who showed up
Section titled “Mark who showed up”After each appointment, set its status to showed or no-show.
This isn’t just record-keeping. The status tells SURGE what to do next: a no-show gets messages inviting them to re-book, and someone who showed gets your follow-up. If no one marks the appointment, neither happens.
Changing your availability
Section titled “Changing your availability”The easiest way to block time out is to add it to your connected Google calendar — SURGE checks it for clashes before offering times. See Connecting your calendar.
To change your regular hours, appointment length or booking page, let us know. Your calendar is linked to your automations, so we’ll make the change in a way that doesn’t break them.
